A Little About My Style...

As a portrait photographer with a fashion eye, my personal branding sessions are a bit different than the usual. These are not just typical headshot sessions; I conduct your shoot like a personal editorial for you and your business as if you were being featured in Vogue. Art-driven, fashion-forward, high-end.

I believe that a key part of standing out to your audience is to create something sophisticated yet true to self. With each session, I take your style and elevate it, creating unique imagery that blends the best of editorial precision with the lived-in feel of lifestyle. Whether you're an established professional or in the beginning stages of building a personal brand, we will create compelling, quality images that take things to the next level, support the direction your brand is going in, and build trust with your audience.

Rates begin at $1000 (see package options and details under "Pricing").

The Process

1) Connect and Make A Plan

From concept creation to location scouting to image delivery, there is a lot that goes into each shoot. The first step is to get an idea of what your vision is and what is required to bring it to life. My favorite way to communicate ideas and make sure we’re on the same page is to use mood boards and inspiration images. Mood boards help to dictate style, location, and the overall feel of the shoot.

I customize each shoot based on your specific needs, but you can find package rates towards the bottom of the page under "Pricing."

Details that help me determine the best package for you include:
- How many outfits you'd like to shoot
- How many delivered images are needed
- Where we will be shooting, and if any rental fees, travel, or location changes will be required
- How many hours of shooting time will be required
- Whether we need other services to bring your concept to life, such as professional hair/makeup, wardrobe styling, set/lighting assistance, etc.

Once the concept is finalized, I use that to build the shoot logistics like where the shoot will take place, what time of day and lighting will look best, what to wear for each look, and a shot list. When working with a team, I’ll also create a call sheet so we all know where to be when, what to bring, and any other important details.

3) Create

Time to create! Come with an open mind and a willingness to step out of your comfort zone and have fun. I am there to give feedback and movement direction as needed, and to make you feel supported.

I have worked with people of all experience levels, so even if it's your first time in front of the camera, I can help you look your best. I have a knack for bringing an editorial look out of just about anybody!

4) Retouch & Deliver

After the shoot, my job continues with culling the images, sending you a gallery of proofs so you can make your final choices, and then putting the finishing touches on your selections. A lot of work goes into getting each image just right, including color correction, skin and hair retouching, cleaning up the background, etc.

Retouching is a part of my artistic process, and as a general rule, I like to keep things looking polished and campaign-worthy but not over-edited.

Things To Consider

Studio Vs. Outdoor Locations

Some concepts may be more suited to an indoor or studio location. Studios are rented hourly and pricing can vary depending on where they are located and the length of your shoot.

Outdoor locations are typically free of additional charge, but some locations or venues require a permit or rental fee to shoot there.

Hiring a Hair/Makeup Artist

For most concepts, you’ll only need natural makeup and light hair styling for your shoot. You're welcome to do this yourself, but if you want everything to look even more put together, we can add a professional hair and makeup artist to your package. Rates vary by artist, but generally range from $300+ for one look to $400+ for two looks.

Wardrobe Styling

Clothing is key to a successful shoot. The benefit to having styling guidance included in your session is that you have someone with an eye for what pieces will match best with your concept, elevate your look, and work together cohesively. I will send recommendations and inspiration for outfits that will help bring your vision to life. On the day of the shoot, I'll put things together from the clothing options you bring for a high-end, refreshed result.

If you'd like me or one of my preferred stylists to take care of the wardrobe and pull clothing for you, we can add that to your package for an additional fee.

FAQ

How far in advance should I book?

The earlier the better! Three weeks to a month in advance is ideal to work out the logistics of your shoot, but you're welcome to reach out with a minimum of a week's notice for simpler projects, and I can let you know if I have any cancellations.

What is required to reserve a date?

A signed contract and 50% retainer fee are required for all bookings. The remaining 50% of your total session fee is due when proofs are delivered.

If I cancel my shoot, will I receive the retainer fee back?

If unforeseen events occur, you are welcome to reschedule within the amount of time designated in your contract, but the retainer fee is non-refundable if you decide to cancel altogether. This covers any loss in the form of lost bookings and work done before the actual session.

How long until I get the photos back?

Proofs are delivered within 2 weeks of the shoot date, and then final edits are delivered in another 2 weeks from when you make your selections.

What areas do you service?

I provide personal branding, portrait, and interior photography services to the entire Atlanta metro area, including Peachtree City, Newnan, Fayetteville, Canton, Alpharetta, and Roswell.

Studio sessions are typically shot in Newnan.

Do you shoot campaigns, lookbooks, interiors, or other types of commercial photography?

Yes, I have experience in many fields of photography and would love to hear what you have in mind for your brand! If you are looking to shoot a commercial campaign or social media collaboration, please fill out my contact form with details so I can start a customized quote for you.

As a general rule, I do not shoot the following: smoking or alcohol themes, boudoir or erotic themes, nudity or partial nudity, visibly braless or see-through outfits, lingerie, or occultic symbolism.
